- Removal of existing sod and debris.
- Deliver and apply a quadruple mix topsoil that top soil, peat moss, compost, and loam.
- Grade the soil for proper drainage away from the home.
- Deliver and install Kentucky Blue Grass sod.
- Make cuts to sod in areas where required.
- Apply a starter fertilizer to help stimulate new root growth.
- Roll the sod for better soil contact and to remove air pockets.
- First watering of the new sod installation.
- Explain proper watering schedule for your beautiful new lawn!
- Cleanup property and remove any leftover debris.
